Developing a clear and detailed image of your goal or desire is step 1 of the Law of Attraction. The contrast and clarity worksheet was developed to aid you in reaching your clear image of your goals. This is how you complete the worksheet (with the example of healthy living goals).
The 'contrast' side of the worksheet is for all of the things you don't like about your current health or weight. For example: "I hate that I have no energy" or "I don't like shopping for larger sized clothing". Complete the contrast side of the worksheet with statements like the two examples that apply to your situation. Once the left side of the worksheet is complete you will begin to work on developing clarity. Look at your first statement on the contrast list - "I hate that I have no energy". Ask yourself, "So, what do I want?". Answer: "I want to have more energy". Write this clear statement on the 'clarity' side of the worksheet beside your old statement. After you have developed your 'clarity' statement cross out your 'contrast' statement. Continue this process to complete the worksheet.
Once you have finished, read each of the clear, detailed statements on the right side of the paper. This is your personalized image of your ideal health and weight. These are the statements you need to focus on.
